Kyle
Romano of Tampa, Fla., is an
unforgettable young man with unbelievable
courage, determination and joy. A victim
of bacterial meningitis, he had his arms
and legs amputated to save his life when
he was only 15 months old. Now age 10,

scientists in a town near Gainesville,
Fla. has developed methods to trigger
lightning and has built several targets
for the experiments. The incredible
research project explores the deadly
electrical power carried by these bolts
of energy, and the structures have been
built so scientists can

decide which buildings will be hit and
then measure the resulting destruction.Whale sharks are
the largest sharks in the world at up to
50 feet in length, but they look even
bigger in this fantastic segment showing
them swimming with human beings!

celebrate each New Year with a contest to
determine the best "dancer"
